REQUESTING A DEPUTY TO PATROL THE AREA AND TICKET TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS *see notes below*

HOURS ARE 6AM-9AM & 3PM-6PM

$50 PAY RATE

They also request that the police do not sit in the pool parking lot- in the past they haven’t moved and have been seen on their phone or sleeping in the car. The BOD President and another BOD member leave very close to the clubhouse.

****As agreed upon by our HOA last year, the four rubber speed HUMPS will be replaced with asphalt HUMPS, similar to the two existing on Reserve Dr.  Also, the speed BUMPS and stop signs on Reserve Dr. at the intersection with Pee Dee and Congaree will be removed, converting this intersection to a 2-way stop.  To provide speed control on Reserve Dr. at this intersection, an asphalt TRAFFIC TABLE will be installed that spans across the entire intersection.***
