Requesting that an officer from the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office be present at our upcoming Indian Festival of Garba event to provide on-site security only AT WREN HIGHT SCHOOL.
We do not require any additional services beyond the officer’s presence to ensure the safety of participants and the event venue.

Regarding special duties, we would like the Officer to do the following:
- 9a:
- When arriving, please drive the perimeter of the school in the front and rear parking lot. The school has given us permission to store a shipping container with our mobile church gear in the rear. During this time, we will be moving equipment from the container into the school gym from the rear.
- Park car near sidewalk near the gym entrance in the front parking lot.
- 9-1200 (service time is from 10-1130a):
- Primarily stand inside the foyer.
- Every now and then walk the main hallway which goes around the Gym and ends at the Band room.
- Safety Team and Ushers will be collecting offerings. Would like officer to observe while offering is taken to safe. Details to be determined.
- At least once during the morning, drive through the front parking lot and rear parking area (if open).

Duke Energy is requesting one (1) off duty Deputy for hire next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (9/22,23, and 24). Hours will be 0730-1700 each day, ($60.00 per hour).
Meet and brief location will be Sierra Baptist Church, 2800 Waccamaw Trail, Anderson, SC.
Work location is across the street from the church. Work crew will brief the deputy on the adverse customer location.
POC for this assignment will be Ted Allen (864-432-3768), Lead Infrastructure Engagement Manager, Duke Energy Carolinas.
